For websites, I design and build the actual homepage first. You can open it, use it, and tell me what you think before I build the rest. No design-to-developer handoff.

We agree the core workflow and build that first. You see working software, not a slide deck.

You see real progress and give feedback directly to me. I finish the agreed scope, refine the details, and test the journeys that matter. Extra requirements are quoted before I build them.

Can you give me a fixed price?
Yes, once the scope is clear. For the Modern Performance Website, a short call is usually enough to confirm scope and price. Applications need a closer look at users, business rules, data, and integrations before I can quote responsibly. Substantial projects may start with a separately priced definition phase.
What if I need more than the website package?
The Modern Performance Website package includes design, development, technical setup, and a CMS where needed. The CMS is custom-built or open-source, chosen to suit your editing needs and hosting infrastructure. An extra language is EUR 500. Hosting is not included. Additional pages, e-commerce, special integrations, and custom applications are scoped separately.
What happens after launch?
Hosting is not included in the build price. Technical setup is included; hosting, updates, maintenance, and ongoing support responsibilities are agreed explicitly. Continued development is available with its own clear scope.
