Modern Performance Website
A proper website. A clear price.
The actual offer
The website.
Not just the design.
You should not have to find another developer to finish the job or figure out the technical setup yourself. I take it from the first design to the live site.
A design that is actually yours.
I work from your business, your content, and the people you want to reach. No bought-in theme with the colors changed.
The design and the code.
One person takes responsibility for both. The website you approve is the website I build, not a design file handed to somebody else.
A clear route to an enquiry.
Structure, content hierarchy, navigation, and contact paths are designed around what a visitor needs to understand and do.
A proper technical foundation.
Responsive development, on-site SEO, sensible image handling, and a PageSpeed Insights performance target of 95 or above.
Editable where you need it.
If you need a CMS, it is included in the package. I build a custom solution or use an open-source system that fits your content, editing needs, and hosting infrastructure.
The setup and launch handled.
Technical setup and deployment are included in the agreed website scope. Hosting is not included in the build price and is paid separately.
Actual client work
Different businesses.
Different answers.
The original websites, not speculative concepts. Two examples of what it looks like when the design starts with the business.
A client's experience
"Excellent and straightforward collaboration. Felix implemented our new website quickly and professionally. Communication was direct and transparent, and the result perfectly matches our expectations. The site is modern, fast, and runs flawlessly. Highly recommended!"
From first call to live site
You see the work.
Not a disappearing act.
I design in code. You give feedback on the actual website, and we get the important decisions right before multiplying them across the remaining pages.
A short call.
Show me the current site or explain the idea. For this class of website, a 20-minute conversation is usually enough to establish scope and price.
Homepage first.
I build the actual homepage directly in code. You get a real preview to open, scroll, and use. We agree the direction before I build the rest.
Build and refine.
With the direction set and content ready, I build the remaining agreed pages, refine the details, and test the important visitor journeys.
Launch properly.
I handle the agreed setup and put the site live. Access, handover, and what happens after launch are clear before we get there.
Your part.
The business context, logo, usable photos, content, and timely feedback. Rough material is fine to start the conversation. We establish what is ready and what is missing.
My part.
The structure, design, development, technical decisions, testing, and agreed launch setup. One contact, rather than a relay between suppliers.
What does the starting price cover?
The Modern Performance Website starts at CAD 4,000 / USD 3,000 / EUR 2,500. That includes design, programming, technical setup, on-site SEO, and a CMS where needed. The CMS is custom-built or open-source, chosen to suit your editing needs and hosting infrastructure. We confirm the page count, content, and features together. Hosting is not included. An extra language is EUR 500. E-commerce, custom applications, and special integrations are scoped separately.
How long does a website take?
The usual expectation for the defined website package is 1-3 weeks once the scope, content, and assets are ready. The homepage approval is a real checkpoint. Slow feedback, missing content, or new requirements change the schedule. Larger projects get their own delivery plan.
How do payment and revisions work?
Usually 50% after the design is approved and 50% at launch. I build the homepage first so you can approve the direction before I complete the remaining pages. The proposal confirms the arrangement and design refinement. Refining the agreed design is different from adding functionality; extra scope is quoted before I build it.
Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. I review the current pages, content, media, URLs, and features before recommending what to keep or replace. A migration should not casually discard useful content or established URLs. If you need to manage content yourself, a suitable CMS is included in the website package.
Do I need to write a technical brief?
No. Your current URL, a few goals, your logo, photos you have the right to use, and a rough draft of the content are a useful start. We establish the requirements together. New copywriting, branding, photography, and substantial content migration need to be included explicitly if required.
What about SEO and AI search?
The foundation is a clear, fast, crawlable website with accurate metadata, sensible structure, and useful content. That is real work, not an AI ranking package. No responsible provider can promise that Google or an AI assistant will recommend you. Ongoing content or search work is a separate scope.
Let's make
it work.
A new website. A custom application.
That idea you keep coming back to.
Send the current URL, tell me what needs fixing, or explain what you have in mind. You don't need to arrive with a specification.
